Features of AIMIX Spunbond Meltblown Fabric
1. SMS spunbond meltblown spunbond is mainly made of polypropylene. In addition, the fiber diameter can reach 1 to 5 microns.

The Differences of BEF99, BEF95 and BEF90 Meltblown
The meltblown nonwoven fabric is divided into civil medical grades of 90, 95 and 99. Different grades correspond to different face masks. If the melt blown cloth can reach level 99, the electrostatic filter of the melt blown cloth must filter out 99% of the particles and bacteria in the air to achieve the purpose of protection. Therefore, the raw material PP for the manufacture of meltblown is particularly important, and the grade of meltblown cloth made of meltblown PP can reach up to 95 grades, of which electret masterbatch can be added to achieve the electrostatic adsorption effect and the amount of electret masterbatch added is about three percent.

Meltblown Nonwoven is to use high-speed hot air flow to draw the thin stream of polymer melt extruded from the nozzle hole of the die, thereby forming ultra-fine fibers and collecting them on the net curtain or roller. In the meanwhile, bonding themselves, then becoming Melt-blown non-woven fabric.
How does meltblown machine manufacture the meltblown? The production process of melt blown cloth is mainly as follows:
Polymer feeding → melt extrusion→fiber formation→fiber cooling→web forming→bonding (fixed web)→trimming and winding→after finishing or special finishing
PP polymer raw materials are generally made into small spherical or granular slices, poured into a barrel or hopper, and then fed into the screw extruder.
At the feed end of the screw extruder, the polymer chips should be blended with stabilizers, brighteners and other additives and necessary raw materials such as masterbatch. Then entering the screw extruder after being fully mixed and heated at high temperature to be melt. Finally the melt is sent to the spinneret by the metering pump through the filter. In the meltblown process, the general extruder also uses its shearing and thermal degradation effects to reduce the molecular weight of the polymer.
The filtered clean melt passes through the distribution system and then evenly feeds each group of spinnerets to ensure the extrusion volume of each spinneret uniform. The spinneret of meltblown fiber is different from other spinning methods, the spinneret holes must be arranged in a straight line, and the upper and lower sides have high-speed air jet holes.
A large amount of room temperature air is sucked in at the same time on both sides of the spinneret, mixed with the hot air stream containing ultrafine fibers to cool it down, and the molten ultrafine fibers are cooled and solidified.
In the production of meltblown fiber nonwovens, the spinneret can be placed horizontally or vertically. If placed horizontally, the superfine fibers are sprayed on a circular collecting drum to form a web; if placed vertically, the fibers fall onto a horizontally moving web forming curtain to condense into a web.
Adhesion (fixed net)
The self-adhesive reinforcement mentioned above is sufficient for some applications of melt blown cloth, such as: the fiber net is required to have a relatively fluffy structure, good air retention rate or porosity Wait. For many other applications, self-adhesive reinforcement alone is not enough. Hot-roll bonding, ultrasonic bonding or other reinforcement methods are also required.
