Fly Ash Bricks Manufacturing Process
Firstly, raw material processing. The commonly used lime is the lump of lime, which needs to be processed by crushing and grinding before it can be put into use. After being grinded by the crusher, it can be used in the production of fly ash block only when it reaches a certain fineness.
Secondly, batching materials in fly ash bricks factory. The raw materials used for the production of fly ash blocks shall be stirred and transported to the digestion bin for digestion for a certain time before using. Batching and metering sand and fly ash in the batching machine.
Thirdly, Fly ash brick forming. The raw materials after digestion are transferred to the automatic fly ash block machine for production after secondary stirring by the mixer. The semi-finished products are stowed by the manipulator for steaming.
Fourthly, autoclaved curing of fly ash bricks. After the maintenance is completed, the steaming and raising cart will be pulled out by the hoist together with the products. The cart will be transported to the finished product yard with a forklift. At the same time, carrying out the appearance inspection process.
